Purchased Hercules guitar stand and Gibson hard shell case - shopping and transaction easy/straight forward. Case is on back order; received stand sooner than originally posted, which was nice. I did find the order tracking system cumbersome. Other e-tailers link a tracking number directly to the shippers website. I had to cut and paste ... not a big deal, just a point of comparison.
