The book was listed as new but it was bent, had a rub mark on front & was shelfworn. It was not what I was expecting. I've bought used books that looked better.

Good communication for back ordered item
I wanted the Jean Baptiste Alto Saxophone for my daughter. I communicated with a representative on the website who assisted me in my purchase and even provided a coupon. We set it up for me to pick up the sax at the Tampa location since they did not have one in store near me. When I got to Tampa, Eddie assisted me. He noticed upon inspection that there was a part of the sax that did not look right, so he contacted a store in Boca Raton and they overnighted the saxophone to my home!
