I bought a Taylor there and it had a factory defect. The staff hooked me up with another Taylor from the same series and took it home played it for a couple days. The style of the body wasn’t what I wanted so they took it back and did everything they could to find it’s replacement. They ended taking that guitar back and ordering the one I really wanted to be shipped to my house. My first Taylor soo it’s worth the wait to get it just right.
