I bought a Taylor there and it had a factory defect. The staff hooked me up with another Taylor from the same series and took it home played it for a couple days. The style of the body wasn’t what I wanted so they took it back and did everything they could to find it’s replacement. They ended taking that guitar back and ordering the one I really wanted to be shipped to my house. My first Taylor soo it’s worth the wait to get it just right.

The manager of the store Steve Toro, helped me find what I wanted.. He searched for me , found it, I bought it and he had it shipped to me quickly. The item was exactly what I wanted. I never had a manager work that hard for me. I will always go back to that store.
