I was a little concerned when the box that my Alesis kit arrived. It was pretty beat up in transit. However, I’m happy to report that everything arrived in “like new” condition. Very happy with the process and the product.

This really isn't a review of a product, I ordered an item that turned out to be a display model, although I was notified before it was shipped and I agreed to it. When I received the item it was missing some of the parts. I contacted Sam Ash and was quickly responded to saying they would try to resolve the issue.
