I was a little concerned when the box that my Alesis kit arrived. It was pretty beat up in transit. However, I’m happy to report that everything arrived in “like new” condition. Very happy with the process and the product.

This really isn't a review of a product, I ordered an item that turned out to be a display model, although I was notified before it was shipped and I agreed to it. When I received the item it was missing some of the parts. I contacted Sam Ash and was quickly responded to saying they would try to resolve the issue. Steve Price was excellent in helping me buy my Custom 24 Distinction PRS and Darren the store manager in Atlanta was super helpful and understanding when I called about a couple of issues. So I spoke with 'Rob' at the store on Lee Rd in Orlando and today I take my PRS to Orlando as it came not set up and the strings are buzzing badly from the 9th fret and he is going to set it up correctly.
