Steve Price was excellent in helping me buy my Custom 24 Distinction PRS and Darren the store manager in Atlanta was super helpful and understanding when I called about a couple of issues. So I spoke with 'Rob' at the store on Lee Rd in Orlando and today I take my PRS to Orlando as it came not set up and the strings are buzzing badly from the 9th fret and he is going to set it up correctly.
