Danny was an experienced tech. He knew about shure micro flex mics. He knew about the difficulties I was facing with setting the dip switch without accidentally damaging the fragile wires inside. He followed up with me every step of the way. So fortunate to go to aSam ash pro. Everyone else I contacted could not help me with my issues.

The guitar is great. Good price. Shipping was fast. I sent you 3 messages the day I bought the guitar to try and add a case to the order. I received no response. I was surprised and a little disappointed that I didn’t hear back. But overall, good experience.
