When I am interested in buying a guitar, I like to be left alone and put the guitar through a pace of songs and finger picking as well. They let me alone and check on me after a good period of time. I am not pressured or rushed. When I am ready, I ask for some help and I am given full attention.

We received our purchase in a very timely manner. After I placed my order, I received a phone call saying that the item would not be in its original packaging. The salesperson (Jeremy) did not want me to have any surprises. Jeremy displayed great customer service and should be commended for a job well done.
