The PDP Concept Series maple silver sparkle 5 piece kit ... 10/12/16/14/22 is absolutely gorgeous! It's more breath taking in person! Pictures do not do it justice! PDP went above and beyond in preparing and wrapping and packaging everything! Not much to assemble. The 10" and 12" toms came already assembled with heads on and sts mount system in place. I called the Springfield, NJ store and spoke with Santiago. The item that I was looking for was not in stock in Springfield but he found one in another location in Florida. The item was ordered and shipped to the store in Springfield. I went to the store in Springfield to pick it up and although Santiago was not there another staff member (I am sorry but I cannot remember his name ) was able to locate the item quickly. Very good experience.

Customer service was great! Staff was really knowledgeable and helped me in purchasing my first electric guitar. One of my pickups wasn’t working when I brought it home & when I took it back to the store they were so helpful and I was playing the same day!
