I always get great service at the Orange Park store and Lowrance is phenomenal. On this occasion I called the corporate number and got in touch with Derrick in Orlando re a Jackson guitar. He called around other Sam Ash stores and found me a great deal at the Margate store and I bought the guitar. The guitar was with me the day after and thd OP store did a full inspection and changed the strings. Seamless and excellent collaboration
Ordered at 2pm on a Wednesday with free shipping, received my order at noon the next day. Had to call customer service because of a email I received that my order was ready for pickup even though I had chosen the ship option, their customer service is also amazing. Very good company to order from!
Used Squire classic vibe 70's tele custom. Guitar was as described. It arrived in a very timely manner for a long road trip to WA. It needed a thorough setup, intonated quite nicely, and needed zero fret work. There was a minor cosmetic defect caused by the factory getting sloppy with polishing compound. leaving residue on the bridge and front pickup cover. I got most of that cleaned up so no big deal for the significant discount I got on new price. Very happy customer. Made out like a bandit.
