Equipment came in pristine condition. Hard to think it was used? Very good experience!!!!
Ordered on line over the July 4th holiday and still had the bass case by Wednesday. Product was as shown, service was great and it also was on sale, so I saved a couple bucks.
The service is fantastic, the shipping is fast, the personnel is well acquainted people who know a lot about music and the instruments. Thank you very much! The shop itself both offline and online is tremendously great!

I ordered a gig bag on line and picked it up at the local Sam Ash store when I recieved an email to pick it up. The store personnel were prompt, courteous and pleasant. Great job Sam Ash
Item was packed and shipped perfectly. received on date promised, setup on the bass was pretty good, no issues with the bass at all so far!
Items received were as ordered. Last two orders I placed and paid extra for two day shipping were not completely delivered in two days. Some items on last order did not arrive for a week. Sam Ash refunded shipping on last order but did not seem to have a sense of urgency in regards to my order or customer service. Definitely won’t count on them to get me something in a timely manner in the future.
