The customer service was amazing. I wanted a certain guitar and the salesperson searched the entire chain to find it. He found it in another state and had it shipped to the store nearest my house. With free shipping! The "other" chain made no attempt to help at all. These guys are great.
I purchased a 1/2 size Yamaha guitar for my grand children. Fast delivery. Great intonation, tunable, holds pitch, plays easily. I was impressed enough that I ordered a second one.
For all intents and purposes, I got a brand new telecaster that I had to peel off the stickers for 25% off. The guitar plays nicely right out of the box. I will seek out this vendor if I ever want to buy another guitar
