Although the Ortofon Concorde Club phono cartridge was not in the store inventory at the time, my sales clerk, Brooke Yarbrough made sure I was able to have it shipped to my home expeditiously. My youth guitar case arrived quickly, well packaged. I bought it for my granddaughter and it's better constructed than my adult sized one.
