We've purchase several items from Sam Ash in the past. Most recently we acquired the Zildjian S series performer pack of cymbals. They were like-new and for the best price! They got shipped out very rapidly and arrived in perfect condition. We've also purchased a Jackson electric guitar from Sam Ash and it also arrived quickly and was in perfect condition! I recommend them!

Ordered a keyboard stand that was out of stock; haven't seen it in stock anywhere, so guessing it's some kind of "just in time" ordering system. Didn't have to wait long for it to get back in stock, and it shipped quickly. Item was double boxed, and while there was some damage to the outer box (not sure if it was during shipping or not), there was no damage to the inner box or item.
