I go to Sam Ash maybe once every other month for something - strings, picks, cables and gear. The staff is really knowledgeable, friendly and patient. A couple of months ago, I was having a technical problem with my audio interface. I did buy it at the store, but it was 3+ years old and it turned out to be a Windows issue, not the hardware.
