So far I have had excellent experiences with Sam Ash. I have found great deals on guitar pedals such as a modded Amptweaker Tight Bass Drive, the Hotone Binary EKO, the Hotone Binary MOD, and the Egnater Black Metal distortion pedal (not received yet, but it was on back order and I was informed it will take time - grateful for that). My initial experience was not great. I received a call From Sara, the store Gen. Mgr. She assured me that she would make things right, and did she ever. I ended up buying the guitar that I wanted( she had to do some hunting for me to find it.) and I now am a LOYAL SAM ASH customer because of her.
