My wife and I have shopped at the Sam Ash store in Columbus a few times and have always had a pleasant experience. This was my first time conducting any business with Sam Ash over the phone and I was very happy with my experience. I spoke with DJ and he was very helpful. He was able to get me exactly what I wanted and answered the couple of questions that I had. Updating and upgrading the pedals on my board has been a project and Sam Ash helped again.
The musical item was delivered promtly on time and unharmed. I've done business with Sam Ash back in 2,018, and the same aspects as mentioned above applied. Very pleased with Sam Ash!!!

The guitar was very hard to find. Sam Ash not only had one in stock but I received it the NEXT DAY! I wasn't expecting for a week with all the weather-related shipment delays. Great work Sam Ash.
Although i waited a long time (2 months) for my order to ship, that was not the fault of SamAsh, but rather due to inventory issues from the manufacturer. Aaron was great about keeping in touch with me about the status of my order, and offered similar alternatives in case my order could not be fulfilled. I received my order sooner than expected, and am very happy with it. I've been a long-time customer and will continue to be. Thanks!
