I was looking for a rather "unromantic" (low cost/low margin) item, instrument cables. The kind of thing I'm sure the average sales associate would rather have you come into the store , and grab off the rack. But due to Covid... that's maybe not a good idea. So I called the store in Buffalo Grove, IL, and Kinzie, a relatively new sales associate, answered , physically checked stock, and had the items ready for pick up !
