An order was placed by phone. It was a guitar that was not in stock at the store location. It was promptly delivered the next week to my residence. The store associate, Phil, was considerate and helpful each step of the process. Gave me tracking info and emailed me with updated info when there was a minor shipping delay. I called him at the store when the item arrived at my location. A really nice instrument. Sam Ash and Phil will be my first choice when I make an additional purchase next month.
