I had a little trouble ordering online but when I called the store they were extremely helpful and made sure my order was placed properly. I ordered a Martin guitar for my boyfriend and it actually arrived early! Sam Ash called a day later to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase and we were happy to tell them we were more than happy. All around Sam Ash is friendly, professional, prompt and a quality store with quality products AND employees.

There was an issue with my cc and my shipment was delayed. It was a restock order so I knew it would take some time already, but this was an unexpected setback. I was looking for a rather "unromantic" (low cost/low margin) item, instrument cables. The kind of thing I'm sure the average sales associate would rather have you come into the store , and grab off the rack. But due to Covid... that's maybe not a good idea. So I called the store in Buffalo Grove, IL, and Kinzie, a relatively new sales associate, answered , physically checked stock, and had the items ready for pick up !
