Half of the order is on back order. The half that arrived does get 5 stars for the process in ordering and the half received. I was aware of the back oder.
I had a tight timeline. There was a miscommunication. To make it right, the manager personally drove 40 miles and back to another Sam Ash location. That is classic "above and beyond". Super happy!!

My audio recorder came very quickly and I was able to use it right away. There was one technology glitch, the question was, is there a memory card included and where is it? My husband went to the store on W.34 St. NYC and they solved it then and there. I'm happy. All is well, and the Roland 07 and the service I got were both great. Eddy was terrific.
