Needed help tracking down a specific guitar. Special shoutout to Aaron Calabrese for doing it so quickly and for just being super professional. Generally, i have a tough time with salesman once I show interest in a product. Aaron did a terrific job in not doing it in the typical manner and for doing so speedily.
Attentive and courteous service
The staff was exceptional and the service they provided was much more than I could of asked for. They were friendly, attentive, professional and very knowledgeable about their products. They made the whole buying experience a pleasure and I would definitely buy from Sam Ash again if it solely because of the customer service never mind that the price was better than anyone else. Would highly recommend.
