I honestly did not expect such great service. When the guitar I wanted was not available, I expected a fight in either getting another option or getting my money back. Instead, not only did SamAsh easily and quickly help me select another but still got it to me before Christmas! I may never shop anywhere else.
Dave at Paramus store gave exceptional service in obtaining a product for me that I could not find. Very pleased with store. will be visiting in the near future.

Purchased a Epiphone ES-335 guitar from Samash. Guitar had some issues no fault of Samash. After contacting Samash, they promptly resolved the issues to my satisfaction. The customer service at Samash stepped up and really made it right. Six out of five stars for Samash! Thanks.

Shipping was incredibly fast and employee who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, however I payed full price for the guitar and it came dirty with scratches

Of course this guitar was purchased as a Christmas gift. When I placed my order, I was notified that the guitar was out of stock but expected to arrive soon. This gave me hope so I continued with my order. Aaron was great to deal with and he tried very hard to find out when it would arrive. Unfortunately, it got closer and closer to the Holiday and no word. So, I called Aaron and he found another guitar that was even nicer but of course the price tag was too.
