I originally ordered this item on Guitar Center but it seems they couldnt fill this backorder so I contacted Sam Ash online and the rep David Weintraub provided a stellar experience in placing my order, keeping me updated and getting the product delivered in record time to the local Sam Ash store for pickup. I will definately be a Sam Ash customer and recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing musical equipment. My husband loves this gift! My 2 calls to 2 different stores were some of the best retail customer service I've ever received. Both employees (sorry, I don't remember their names) at the Clearwater and Sarasota stores were helpful, cheerful, offered to go the extra mile, asked questions to clarify what I was looking for, and took the extra time to get the order processed in time to receive it before Christmas.
