I like how they explained everything up front and gave worst case scenario on closing costs so it was great when that number went down. I only wish they would have asked for all the documents at once instead of making so many different requests. Overall was good though!

The SMOOTHNESS of everything. I will not go anywhere else and my advice to others is to not go anywhere other than the Mortgage Firm. I would specifically recommend Sam and Drayton to anyone who asks and even Sherri King as a realtor even though she doesn't specifically work for the Mortgage Firm. The ratings only go to 10 and Great rather than 100 and Awesome if they had these categories that's what they all would have gotten.
