I inquired about refinancing, Mitch called me and a few questions and wanted to start the process right away. I was a little skeptical as I had ne or met him face to face. However, we did the refinancing via the phone from Arizona to Missouri in record time, and my husband and I are extremely pleased.

Great Experience with Mutual of Omaha Eric was very knowledgeable and patient with me throughout the loan process. Obtaining loans these days is neither easy nor quick, and the borrower must provide a lot of information. Ours was a longer than normal process due to a lost tax return (later found).
