Mitch involved me very much Mitch involved me very much in the process and well informed.<br />My only @suprise@ was yesterday when I got checks to pay off accounts we agreed on as part of the refinancing process.<br />I was under the impression that those would be paid by your company at closing. Or directly by the title company.

Mitch was our first contact Mitch was our first contact to introduce us to Synergy/Mutual. He was very knowledgeable and could translate our goal into a refi that was favorable and achievable. We were then introduced to each stage of the process and each person we'd expected to hear from. <br />Every step easily flowed into the next. When the loan disclosures were ready Mitch called and went over every detail. Our closing rep was so delightful, he was thorough and a pleasure! I highly recommend Synergy/Mutual to anyone!

Mitch was very patient with Mitch was very patient with us as we had some issues with our contractor as we took our loan out to do an addition to our home, but we postponed our loan for several months.
