Confidence and knowledgeable I was just looking at how I could buy a pool by using my equity. Eric put together a plan for the pool AND to wrap some of my high interest cards into the loan to save money in the process. He was always prompt and communicated in a timely manner which gave me confidence in him and what he was preparing for me. Great job!
Mutual of Omaha Mortgage were great to work with! Eric Dietrich and his team at Mutual of Omaha Mortgage were great to work with! We used them for refinancing our home. They were always available to answer our questions. The home refinancing loan process isn't always easy, so it was nice knowing we were an email or phone call away from good advice! Eric was a part of the attire loan process and made it stress free.

Or directly by the title company.

Mitch was our first contact Mitch was our first contact to introduce us to Synergy/Mutual. He was very knowledgeable and could translate our goal into a refi that was favorable and achievable. We were then introduced to each stage of the process and each person we'd expected to hear from. Every step easily flowed into the next.
