Great Experience with Mutual of Omaha Eric was very knowledgeable and patient with me throughout the loan process. Obtaining loans these days is neither easy nor quick, and the borrower must provide a lot of information. Ours was a longer than normal process due to a lost tax return (later found). Matthew is incredible I went online looking for a chance to access some of the equity in our home, and Matthew reached out. What transpired was a series of information exchanges and his recommendation that the existing mortgage be refinanced to lower the rate, take out some of the equity to pay off a couple credit card debts, and then set up a line of credit. No games or 'tactics' from Ben, which made the whole process comfortable and easy. Even after I didn't go through with the refinance I was planning on, Ben was extremely helpful and kind. Highly Recommend Mitch Streicher Mitch Really took the time to understand our needs. My husband is a Veteran and two other lenders tried putting me in a FHA loan (one of them was actually referred to me by my realtor) because they said it would be easier. Mitch was able to get my VA loan done in just 19 days and saved us thousands in PMI charges that come with the FHA loan. We didn’t have the best of credit and he got it done without any issues.
