Everything from the ambiance, staff and food was amazing as usual. James greets everyone with a warm smile and ensures your experience will be above the rest. Edwin, our server, was so kind and always checked in on us. Dan makes the best cocktails on the island! Thank you Sandbar!
Lovely place , atmosphere and service. I went for brunch with a friend and we sat and talked for a while. We weren't rushed in the slightest.wonderful experience. Definitely recommend and I will be back
My absolute favorite appetizer is the spinach and artichoke dip. What really makes it special is the warm spiced pita bread that comes with it. It sets it apart from everywhere else. I was so disappointed when I ordered this today and found that it’s now served with a handful of tortilla chips. The dip is still tasty but now pretty standard. The sandbar stands alone on food, ambience and service. Whether it is a casual bite in the bar area or a more leisurely meal in the dining room the sandbar does not disappoint. The food plating brings the experience to a new level. The combinations of colors textures and flavors always complement anything you order. Wonderful wine selections too. From crisp local Long Island rosé to full body French reds. The new fall menu is sure to have something for everyone.
We had the margarita pizza and the spicy tuna crispy rice. Everything was delicious:)
Food and service was perfect. Our waiter was outstanding, concerned but not intrusive. Busboy also fantastic. Tuna tartare, swordfish and linguine with clam sauce were amazing.
