This is now in my top 3 restaurants. The food was excellent. Started with the Sandbar salad. The dressing they use is incredible. My girlfriend wouldn’t leave until she got the recipe. Comes with goat cheese on the side that is to die for. Then we had the spinach artichoke dip. Best I’ve had on long island by far. We had a great experience from beginning to end. They even surprised us with champagne as it was our anniversary. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Excellent grilled octopus. Crabcakes were fair. Somewhat bready. Excellent chop salad. Excellent Grilled veal chop. Swordfish was fair, partially overcooked But moist and delicious in some areas. Service was very slow

Sandbar has become our "go to" restaurant. The food is excellent and so is the service.
celebrated an anniversary. we felt we were away on vacation. food was great, service was great. will be back soon
Went for a birthday dinner. The appetizers we had, tuna tartare and grilled octopus were very good. The bottle of wine we ordered was wonderful! However, our dinner , we both ordered the same dish, was very disappointing. The veal chop Milanese under flavored and under welming. This was a first time that our dinner choice was a big mistake.
