Love The Sandbar! Food is creative, delicious and always fresh. Great ambiance and personable service. Come here often and one of our favorite dining spots. This particular evening a little loud due to a party of 10 with 6 children. They were well behaved but definitely loud and unfortunately the parents extended their stay well beyond their meal and their children's attention span. Can't fault the restaurant or kids-parents should know better. Regardless will definitely be back.
We went with friends on July 4th as we had birthdays on the 3rd and 4th. The restaurant was surprisingly empty, and quiet--as compared to several of the previous reviews of this establishment had reported. Service was attentive. We were disappointed that some of the items on the menu were not available. Overall, this did not dampen out experience. Will come again
It was the night before the 4th of July, very crowded and the restaurant was understaffed. I could see everyone was pitching in to keep the night on track. I will say the kitchen was still on! Mussels were excellent as well as the crabcake. Jake the manager did everything possible to keep the room together and we noticed his efforts. Overall we had a great night
On time for our res - seated right away. A little pricey but very unique dishes and tastes for apps. Dineer was a thick cut pork chop made PERFECTLY. A little pricey, but standard for the area and style of restaurant. Bathroom on lower level not good after you've had a couple glasses of wine!
