I’m absolutely amazed with this pharmacy. Customer service is very top tier. Lexi on the IVF team was Super helpful I let her know this was my first time doing this type of treatment and she was really helpful . Great customer service all around . I done had previous run in with some bad clinics and pharmacies but I can honestly say SandsRx is my go to . For My fertility treatments .

I was having issues with the communication between the pharmacy and my doctor’s office. I called to check on my meds, and when I talked with Valerie, she noticed that it had taken over a week since my script had been sent in. Valerie noticed that I lived close to where she livedd and offered to bring my medication to me on her way home. She went above and beyond for me and I am truly grateful. Valerie with SandsRx is the ABSOLUTE BEST! She is very professional, kind and sweet and went above and beyond to help me with my prescription! Her customer service and knowledge is superior by far! You can tell she loves her job and people! She is a great asset to the company! Don’t ever lose her SandsRx!
I have been utilizing services at Sand RX for almost a year now and they have ALWAYS been top notch. I love their app as I am notified when they send me a message and I am able to reach out and ask questions when needed. Their hours are great! Ariel, Armanda and Paige have all been super helpful most recently with orders. Thank you! My stress is relieved knowing my meds are in their care.
