Always kind and caring with all our babies. Dr. Dr. Balzano and Elaine were super friendly and loving with especially our big boy cat "Jake From State Farm"! And yes, that's his name! Great staff up front too! All around 10 stars! ;)
I took my new puppy for a check-up to Sangaree Animal Hospital and had a very good experience. Every staff member I interacted with was very friendly and offered a calm environment for my dog, who was a little nervous to be in a new place. Brought my sick Siberian Husky and my 3 cats in. All had their yearly. My husky has had some issues that were never addressed by previous vet... here we are 4 days later and our MeKah is almost back to her old self... our 1st impression was awesome as Elaine checked them all in... talked to us and the girls... asked great questions... my girls were not afraid of her... Dr. Balzano has always been extremely patient and amazing to go to. Anders hasn’t always been the best when it comes to vet trips, but we know he’s in good hands going to Dr. Balzano. We moved an hour away and still make the drive to Summerville because of our experience here
Dr. Balzano and her assistant Elaine are the best! They take wonderful care of Honey my 15 pound Cavapoo. We consistently find them to be very professional. They both know how to comfort both the patient and the owner in stressful situations. I would highly recommend them for your next pet care visit.
