Great vet! Dr. Graham is the best and the staff is always friendly! Then prices are reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend Sangaree Animal Hospital to others!
The staff is very kind and the Veterinarian was very nice and dental with my puppy. He answered all my questions and was very patient. It was so pleasant not to be rushed through an appointment.
I used to take my little Toy Fox Terrier there for 4 years, until we lost her. The staff actually recognized her whenever we walked in (from what I gather having lived here since 2005, Toy Fox Terriers aren't a common breed down here, so that might have helped.) She was not scared to go to the vet's office, which is always a plus. The prices always seemed reasonable. They let us do payments on occasion, when the bill was extremely high. Their slogan 'warm hearts for cold noses' is completely inaccurate! Our son was coming down for the weekend from the upstate and asked us to keep his pup. I made an appointment at 4:00 for a check up to get flea medicine (I completely understand paying an office visit when we only needed flea medicine.) I got there at 3:50 and let the receptionist know our son was on his way with the pup but he was running late because traffic on 26 on Friday afternoon) She said it wasn't a problem so we sat inside to wait. Started with a visit for a broken tooth, which was noticed because we brush our dogs teeth regularly. He has some habits of chewing Rocks. Visit #1 $50, understandable. we were told mandatory blood labs were needed prior to anesthesia to determine our pup would do well with the medications they will give during his surgery for tooth extraction. Worst experience ever at a vet. My dog was maliciously rough handled during vaccination, and was given the WRONG medication to take home. When I called them out on it, I received no call back with resolution, only to receive a certified letter stating we were no longer welcome at their practice. News flash, I wouldn't have given them another penny after my experience I just wanted my money back without having to go through the trouble of getting my money back via legal action. I have been taking my 2 dogs here for about 3 years and have spent around $6000 on various treatments and dental services. I am a veteran and single, and going to school full time. I have 2 rescues who I love dearly. I treat minor symptoms myself and can not afford to take them in for minor problems.
