I cannot say enough great things about this veterinary office. From the front desk staff to the vet techs to the vet, they are all top notch and extremely friendly. I have taken both of my fur babies here, and both times they have been nothing short of awesome. I leave with all of my questions answered to full extent and everything explained to me in a very understandable manner. I've been here twice with my pets for their annual vaccines. Every one is nice and the wait isn't long. My only complaint is that it can be hard to get a hold of them to make an appointment. Every time I call, the phone goes to a messaging service (during normal business hours). They are good about calling you back though if you leave a message.

This is absolutely the best animal hospital I've encountered in four states of residence. Their personnel (from front desk, to tech/vet assistants , to doctors) are caring, professionals with years of experience. They provide Immediate follow up to any questions, and empathize and understand furry baby worries. This animal hospital was recommended by the rescue organization from which I adopted my kitty (now 15!) Doctors are great. Staff are very nice. I really like getting the reminder for appointments. Sometimes it's a little chaotic in the office. The only real complaint though are the prices. I understand you have to pay for overhead and such but, some of your prices are ridiculously high. And sometimes I feel like some of the exams are unnecessary, I do appreciate that the doctors will, give let me know of less expensive ways around things though. Thank you for that.

We have been using Sangaree for years. It is relatively easy to schedule an appointment that is convenient for you. Sometimes they get busy & certain staff members seem to get easily distracted (at the front desk), but overall, the staff is friendly and attentive. We love Dr. Penrod. She is super sweet & makes sure that everything is taken care of & you can tell she actually cares about your pets.

Absolutely love it here! I recently brought in my dog who is extremely anxious and afraid of literally EVERYTHING. Dr. Hanley and his tech were amazing with her. They were vet gentle and kind, and I can't express how much I appreciate that. I will definitely be bringing my pup back here for all her veterinary needs. Thank you, Sangaree Animal Hospital!

Recently moved to moved to the are and needed a new Veterinarian for our felines and puppy. After checking a few places out, we chose Sangaree because of the good reviews. In our first visit with the cats Lilo and Stitch, we were impressed. The front people were welcoming, the tech was very knowledgeable and the Vet was very friendly and helpful as well. One plus was the 40 for 30 deal on Yelp and they also give 10% off for first time visitors. Can't wait to take our puppy in October when he's due.
