I just recently moved to the Bay Area from Orange County and had to look for a new vet within my second week settling in here because of something we noticed about my bunny. We were seen by Dr. Lawrence (with covid precautions) and she really left us a very good first impression. I feel so fortunate to have chosen Santa Clara Pet Hospital as the place to bring our neighborhood cat. Dr. Piert did an amazing job treating her even though the cat is still quite wild and needed a special approach during treatment. The whole staff is incredibly compassionate, kind, and professional. I couldn't have asked for a more positive experience. I will definitely recommend this practice. Thank you!

First time taking my 3 fur babies last weekend for a check up and yearly shots. We have been looking for a new vet and my mother in law recommended Dr littlehale! She's been going to them for years and speaks very highly of him. (She's taken her ferrets and her multiple Labradors to him through out the years) My husband and I thought it was going to be super stressful taking all our pets to the vet especially with all the corona shelter in place restrictions. Just adopted our first pet, a cat, and went for our first vet appointment. Staff was awesome and very knowledgeable. The veteran was very gentle and knew exactly how to handle our high stress cat and made him feel very comfortable. Front desk staff offered advice about litter box training and specific treats and toys to help calm the cat down if he's anxious about new environments. Since we adopted our first visit was free too! Definitely knowledgeable staff and trust them with my cat's health.

Took both cats in today, in spite of COVID-19 the entire staff is pleasant and it looks like they've got everything running on all four cylinders, Dr. Littlehale took one cat and Dr. Lawrence the other. Both cats have been doing so much better since we started coming here and the prices are better than everywhere else. Even the prescription food is the same price as Chewy's. Very pleased with the professionalism, attention to detail in all aspects of the business. Never need to wait, and never feel rushed during the appointment. Easy and quick to make and get an appointment with my preferred Doctor. Thank you for taking care of my dog. I really appreciate the Doctor calling for follow-up no matter whar tHe appointment was

This is an over due review, but this pet hospital is wonderful! The staff is incredibly helpful and are truly interested in both you and your pet. I have had my chinchilla, Raichu, checked out for some teeth issues that he had going on at the time and both Dr. Littlehale and Dr. Lawrence were absolutely great at trying to figure out what was wrong with my little buddy. I've had dogs all my life (57 yrs). Our dogs have been seen by SCPH for many years. The staff is professional and compassionate. Dr. Piert always remembers our Corgi, Hubert loves him and that our lab, Jo usually needs to be coaxed into bldg! I really can't say enough about Dr Piert. I HIGHLY recommend using SCPH's services.

I really appreciate the care the staff have for all animals. I had a sick pet rat, Harper, and they were so sweet to her. The care and attention to Harper was above and beyond. The medicine she needed was pricey but to be excepted. They even called a few days after our visit to follow up on how she is doing. I felt Harper was in good hands!
