I've visit quite a few hospitals for my guinea pig and this one holds a special place. A friend of my recommended me to this hospital recently. Sadly, one of my guinea pigs passed away right before an appointment. The staff at the hospital kindly helped confirm his death and wrapped him up nicely in comfortable blanket and sturdy box. Later, I even received a card from them regarding the passing of my pig in addition to a small card with his claw print. This wasn't expected and it was very kind of them to do this.

I just finished doing a survey for Santa Clara Pet Hospital and thought I would share my experience on Yelp. My daughter has taken her pets to Santa Clara Vet Hospital for about 15 yrs. or more. I had taken her pet several times and was impressed not only with the facility but also with the care they give to their clients AND their pets. I seldom rate on Yelp, but I have to give 5 stars to Santa Clara Pet Hospital. My guinea pig wasn't going to make it at the first place, but the doctor and the nurse truly made me believe that they care about my pet and have done everything they could. They even sent me a card with a foot print of my piggy.

We are very happy with the service our dog receives at this facility. The staff is very friendly. I would recommend this facility to other pet owners.

this review is over due but i had a great experience bringing in my Rabbit Penelope to see Dr. Lawrence. Dr. Lawrence was highly recommended by family. she was thorough when answering my questions and explaining the exam. She showed genuine interest in hearing about our pet stories. I enjoyed the repor we built. Our family has since adopted a second rabbit, once hes all situatued at home we'll be bringing him in to see Dr. Lawrence too!

I am so happy that my cat is better after coming to this hospital. The price is reasonable. The doctor and all of staff are very nice. Before I came this hospital, l checked a lot of pet hospitals around my home. But in the end I chose this place about 40 minutes drive. The doctor said that the cat had no big problems, just a little fever, went back to observe for couple days and prescribed medicine and shot. Now that the cat has recovered, I am very grateful.

Had a great experience today with Dr Lawerence. She was amazing and very thorough. She was honest about treatments and didn't charge me for all the little things that were necessary to help find a possible cause of my pets eye injury. I HIGHLY recommend her and this hospital.

They are so kind and really love the animals hey care for. I'm so glad my little Cookie has a solid place for health care near by.

I took one of my rabbits, Igor, to see Dr. Lawrence, to check on Igor's sniffly nose. Not only was Dr. Lawrence very gentle with Igor, she was also very thorough checking him out. I was concerned that my rabbit had an infection, and she listened to my concerns, and explained in great detail the options. After she examined him, she concluded he didn't need antibiotics or treatment. Dr. Lawrence thoroughly explained her decision, and I appreciated that she took the time to do so.
