Visited on vacation and had an awesome time! Feeding the flamingos was the coolest experience! The staff was super friendly and they had informative and interactive shows. You could even hold a bird and take pictures for free! Most places charge to have any up close and personal experiences. There was A LOT of interactions with all sorts of animals. We really enjoyed it!
Kitschy Florida at its finest. Our kids love this place. Laid back and lots of fun. Frosty's noon show is the highlight.
We loved this place and experience!! The flamingos are so beautiful, and being able to get close to them was exhilirating. It feels like you are walking through a tropical oasis. Will definitely come back!
Pretty property to walk around. We didn't watch any of the shows but enjoyed the petting zoo and flamingos. I'd recommend this for a sunny day that's just too chilly for the beach, but you want to be outside.
Nice little shows and beautiful animals and reasonable price for souvenirs.
I had such a great time..loved feeding the flamingos...the parrots are amazing.. I see people complain on the price, but you got to figure, money has to go to care and feeding of the animals, vet care, cleaning, Maintenance, ect..and people saying they hung around for 3 hours with no shows and nothing to do is not true..theres like 3 or 4 shows, you can feed the flamingos, you can take pics with the parrots, you can feed the goats and pigs, it's a nice walk through the palm tree jungle..
This place operates as a sanctuary for birds, reptiles, and has beautiful plants and attractions such as feeding flamingos. It shouldn't be thought of as a place to entertain, as much as a place worthy of supporting. They keep exotic birds, let birds fly in and out, keep a flock of flamingos that you can feed (my favorite) and have a beautifully kept garden area. The Hurricane did a lot of damage and they are having a hard time coming back from that... please help support this place...
