Johnny was our service technician today working on 2 of our home AC UNITS. He was excellent in all aspects of his work, he was prompt on arrival, thorough on his explanations of his comprehensive work, polite and courteous even when our pet dog barked at him, and simply a pleasure dealing with him completely!! We hope he is available again to service our units next time! Dick T.

Savage air conditioning is the best AC repair shop in an entire valley! Last January I called Savage air after I was told that my 30-year-old TRANE air conditioner needed to be replaced . I called Savage air for a second opinion , and Michael was able to diagnose a bad disconnect along with a bad breaker. This solve the problem! After years of struggling to find an honest and professional AC service company, we really think we found one: Savage AC (savageac.com). A few months ago we had found a great, super competent guy who unfortunately decided to suddenly quit his business, leaving us hanging in the middle of trying to replace a leaking coil on our Trane unit under warranty. I got an AC replacement estimate from Savage that was about three times higher than those from other companies. When I called them asking for details, they promised to send them to me but never did.
I would have given 1 star, but the tech they sent over was such a great guy and did everything he could to help so I gave an extra star. I'd give the tech 5 stars, but as a company, Savage did not meet my expectation. They left me in the lurch and were perfectly OK to leave me without cooling and without a path to resolution in AUGUST in Phoenix. I had an issue with my A/C unit blowing tepid air. Great communication. Text message when enroute. Service was on time and well explained. Problem diagnosed quickly and repair was made. Parts were available on the truck and installed. Price was reasonable. Would definitely use Savage and Michael again!

My mom's AC fan stopped working on a Saturday morning at 10:00 am. The tech came by at 12 and said the blower motor was out. He found a supplier open and picked up the motor from them and had it installed and ready to go by 2:00 PM. Saved us on a hot weekend and I'm eternally grateful to Savage Air.
