My air conditioner quit working about a month or so ago on a Sunday .Savage air came out an sent Michael their tech out diagnosed the problem the problem and fixed it.One week later I had a high voltage problem with my ac Jackson was sent and again my problem was fixed.I hig recommended this company

I didn't realize when I called them they were on the other side of town but they came out to my house anyway. I told them I was looking to replace my 5 ton air conditioning unit on one side of my house AND I wanted a Trane. They were extremely frank about TRANE products and told me that yes...years ago...they were great....now...meh. So after reading some reviews of TRANE, I came to the same conclusion. Savage Air Conditioning has been amazing to work with. I have used their service twice so far, and both times they have been able to get someone out on the very same day (in July, in AZ!) and repairs were very quick. Both of the technicians that have done repairs were very friendly and also informative and explained things thoroughly with me. And each time I've called into their office to schedule service, I've spoken with Pat who has been very helpful and nice as well. I hope I don't need any repairs for awhile, but if I do... read more

My A/C Unit started to blow warm air, so I needed an A/C Specialist and quick. I started to read many reviews from various companies and decided to call "Savage Air Conditioning because of the many positive reviews they have. I called and spoke to Pat, who was friendly and polite, as she collected all my information and immediately gave me an appointment for early afternoon. Couldn't be happier with these guys. Very responsive, always on time, fair pricing. They have helped me with minor issues I've had in the past, but this summer my AC unit went out. They went out of their way to get me on the schedule as quickly as possible. The entire installation process went smoothly - the installers were friendly and professional. Afterwards the owner of the company came by to do a final walk through on the install and to make sure that I was happy with everything. Really couldn't ask for anything more.

Phenomenal customer service at every interaction point. Pat was kind and quick in scheduling. Jackson was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and arrived on time. The ac was fixed quickly and for a very reasonable price. I hope to not need them anytime soon, but I'm happy I know who to call in the future.

Very unreliable. Gave us a time between 3-5. Took time off from work to meet them . They never called or showed up . Left multiple messages but they never followed up , never responded. Very poor in Customer service. Would not depend on them for your service .

Called Pat that we had a strange sound in our Air Conditioning unit. The owner and one of his trainees came out and solved the issue. The unit no longer makes the noise that concerned us. Dave stated the problem was so minor that he did not charge us. We have been using Savage Air Conditioning for the last 20 years and would highly recommend them to anyone. Our units are 25 years old and Savage Air services the two air conditioning units twice a year. Excellent Service!! Ray and Cecile

I had Savage AC install a Daikin 3 ton 2 stage rooftop unit to replace my 20 year old one. Everyone was professional and courteous from start to finish and did a great job. I will definitely be using them for future service to keep the unit running in top shape and recommend to others.
