Scheduling was pleasant and welcoming. Service technician (Jesse) arrived within specified timeframe, made friends with our dog in no time, and swiftly performed a thorough inspection and service all at a reasonable price. Really glad I found these guys and I'll be a customer for as long as they'll have me. If you like good old fashioned personable service from true professionals look no further.
Best company to use for your HVAC needs. They are affordable, professional and honest. I was suckered at Home Depot buying a "tune up", they sent out Parker and Sons who quoted me $750 for a coil cleanup. I declined their estimate and called Savage A/C to come give me a quote. I purchased a Daikin 5 ton 2 stage 16 seer heat pump from Savage aIr with the help of their REP Jackson. And boy I am glad I did. I had heard of Daikin from a friend but after 5 estimates None offered Daikin except savage and I am very happy they did. Jackson came out and took care of the financing and warranty for us. The unit came with a 12 year parts and labor warranty. And they offer flexible financing( smaller payments) with a little bit more interest which I liked. The install was good and Jackson was great. My experience with Savage Air was completely positive. I feel these folks are consummate professionals. Pat in the front office, a friendly comforting voice on the phone, was happy to answer all my questions and set me up with an appt for an A/C tune-up service at a time convenient for me and with minimal wait. Fabulous service! Woke up this morning to a non working fan on my AC unit, called Savage and they scheduled an appointment and were even able to come out early than expected. Quickly confirmed the problem and got it fixed within an hour. Will definitely use this company again. Thank you David!

I was really pleased with my experience replacing our 15 year old, Trane heat pump. We purchased a Daikin two stage, five ton split unit and the entire process went smoothly, from the initial bid through installation. We saved several thousand dollars over a competing bid and we were offered financing as well. I highly recommend Savage Air Conditioning.

We have had a maintenance contract for several years with Savage. The service has always been great and the price more than fair. Recently, following trouble with 1 of our units, we consulted with Savage, and decided to replace both our A/C/furnace units. This was done in 2 consecutive mornings. The workers were professional, on time, clean, cleaned up after themselves 100%, respectful, and quiet. It might sound too good to be true, but it isn't!
