Savage Air is awesome. I was doing a home remodel and ended up having to do some ductwork changes due. I am so glad I contacted Savage Air. They came out after my demolition and made some recommendations that saved me several thousand dollars. When I was finally ready for the new ducts, they showed up promptly and installed them. Savage really is great. We use them once a year in the Spring for an AC tune-up. They've never charged us more than $85 and I have never felt that the tune-up was a foot in the door sales technique. Staff has always been friendly and my wife loves that it is the same technician that comes every time. We recently purchased a new house and had Savage come out to take a look at our intakes (it was a set up I wasn't familiar with). I have been using savage for about eight years, For my home and my rentals. They always have a fair price and are very prompt when responding. I have never had any issues with the quality of their work. Pat, in the office, is particularly customer service oriented. It is nice to be able to trust and air-conditioning company.

I have been relying on Savage Air Conditioning for years for maintenance, for repairs and for installation of new equipment. In every case, they have done a professional, thorough and reliable job. I have never felt they were pushing unneeded repairs or new equipment but rather working with me to get the most from my current equipment as long as possible. They are always on-time and personable. I trust them completely. I cannot imagine using anyone else.

David showed up right at 8am as scheduled, was very professional, got to work diagnosing the heater & had it repaired within the hour for a reasonable fee. A great 1st experience with this company. I'll call them in the future.

We've used Savage twice for critical A/C repairs as well as general maintenance. Andrew has come each time, and is on time, diligent, and honest. We were able to book a next day appointment at the beginning of summer at 9PM on a Friday. When upgrades and installs have been discussed, there was no push for an immediate sale - just honest and sensible feedback that applied to our situation. Savage A/C is who we call for our A/C needs, period.

I am a property manager and have used Savage Air Conditioning as my primary HVAC service provider for 7-8 years. It has a wonderful front-office staff and is easy to get in contact with - even on Saturdays! Savage Air has never failed to get to a problem in a timely manner for me. Their service tech's have managed my tenant's well (no small feat on a summer day with no A/C in AZ!) and are excellent about staying in contact with me regarding a repair status. We are a long time customer of Savage Air Coniditioning. They installed 3 Trane units for us through the years, one in our rental property and two in our home. They also tune up and maintain all the units. We never have any problem with all the units, they function perfectly. The whole team at Savage Air Conditioning is great, the owners Tom and Pat really care for their customers, they treat us like friends. The technicians are excellent. I recommend Savage to all my friends and family.
