I was really pleased with my experience replacing our 15 year old, Trane heat pump. We purchased a Daikin two stage, five ton split unit and the entire process went smoothly, from the initial bid through installation. We saved several thousand dollars over a competing bid and we were offered financing as well. I highly recommend Savage Air Conditioning.

We have had a maintenance contract for several years with Savage. The service has always been great and the price more than fair. Recently, following trouble with 1 of our units, we consulted with Savage, and decided to replace both our A/C/furnace units. This was done in 2 consecutive mornings. The workers were professional, on time, clean, cleaned up after themselves 100%, respectful, and quiet. It might sound too good to be true, but it isn't! If they allowed 10 star review on here Savage would be the first and only time I would give that high praise. I decided to replace the 2 AC units and received 5 bids, David was by the far the most personable and professional of the 5 people I met. The price was somewhere in the middle of the 5 bids. Every question I asked David had an answer that he also explained the reasoning behind, some of the other companies this was not the case. Savage Air is awesome. I was doing a home remodel and ended up having to do some ductwork changes due. I am so glad I contacted Savage Air. They came out after my demolition and made some recommendations that saved me several thousand dollars. When I was finally ready for the new ducts, they showed up promptly and installed them. Savage really is great. We use them once a year in the Spring for an AC tune-up. They've never charged us more than $85 and I have never felt that the tune-up was a foot in the door sales technique. Staff has always been friendly and my wife loves that it is the same technician that comes every time. We recently purchased a new house and had Savage come out to take a look at our intakes (it was a set up I wasn't familiar with). I have been using savage for about eight years, For my home and my rentals. They always have a fair price and are very prompt when responding. I have never had any issues with the quality of their work. Pat, in the office, is particularly customer service oriented. It is nice to be able to trust and air-conditioning company.

I have been relying on Savage Air Conditioning for years for maintenance, for repairs and for installation of new equipment. In every case, they have done a professional, thorough and reliable job. I have never felt they were pushing unneeded repairs or new equipment but rather working with me to get the most from my current equipment as long as possible. They are always on-time and personable. I trust them completely. I cannot imagine using anyone else.

David showed up right at 8am as scheduled, was very professional, got to work diagnosing the heater & had it repaired within the hour for a reasonable fee. A great 1st experience with this company. I'll call them in the future.
