Verified Renter l lived st Sawmill for over 2 years. I loved the location--easy drive to work and run along river walk. The gym is top notch and the maintenance team ensure cleanliness on the grounds. My wife and I think the management staff is great--friendly and hard working.

Verified Renter The best thing about it so far is the office staff. They are all great and have the best attitudes and positive customer service I have seen in years. They are the best ambassadors you could possibly have for your property. They answered all my questions in a professional and timely manner and made my move far less stressful. Verified Renter We are loving it here at Sawmill Point. Krista, Ra and Shelby all helped make our move here in April seamless, despite there being a pandemic. They are all very friendly and made us feel right at home immediately. Any maintenance issues we've had have been handled by Gino who is very nice and gets things done quickly. The pool is great and the sunset views from our patio are beautiful. We love having the access to the River Walk and to be able to walk downtown within minutes. Verified Renter I will remain hopeful that the time will come again that I can give Sawmill another five-star rating. It's certainly not all bad. The staff is great. I think there's room for improvement as management works to walk in the shoes of its residents.

Beautiful apartment with great amenities and with the riverwalk just steps away this location is ideal - we're constantly getting out. Super dog-friendly, great amenities, nice neighbors, and the best office & maintenance staff. We definitely made the right choice.
