Verified Renter Sawmill Point is everything and more than we had hoped for. Having never lived in a apartment complex we had concerns about noise from other units, thankfully we need not have worried. The apartments are well equipped, clean and well maintained. The facility amenities are excellent and there is always room for us to use them. Great experience that I would recommend to anyone.

Verified Renter Sawmill Point is a really awesome place to live. The location, apartment views, amenities and responsive staff are fantastic. The fitness room, media room, and main community areas are well equipped and always available. The catered breakfast three times a week are a nice bonus.
