Installed faucet for laundry room sink. Consultation for other plumbing jobs. Mike was very courteous and professional. He installed the faucet (I had already purchased and had on hand) within just a few minutes. He also provided expert opinion and guidance on two other future plumbing jobs within my home. They responded the same day to clear clogged drain. We have used their services several times and always been very satisfied.
Had a problem with an old toilet in my family's rental which was not flushing correctly. Scarborough Plumbing LLC ended up installing a new toilet that fixed the problem. As a very capable do it yourselfer I had personally already checked the flushing mechanism, snaked the toilet and had little success at getting the toilet to flush efficiently. The technician installed a new kitchen faucet which I had purchased and repaired a leak that was coming from under the same kitchen sink. He replaced an old shower head with a new one that I had since the old one was clogged with lime scale. The technician was very professional and pleasant. He gladly answered questions I had about what was causing the problems I was having with the plumbing. I would definitely hire this company again.
They diagnosed the problem of my water heater and replaced both heating elements. Although this was not an emergency, they came out the same day I called them. They arrived at 6 PM after a long day and finished the job in an hour. This was the second time I have used their service and I will definitely use them again if I need plumbing help.
Scarborough Plumbing tried to find a leak and re-piped our house. I'm not sure they gave us a $99 credit. We had a pipe leak that they couldn't find. Before they could find it, a pipe burst and caused $100,000 in damages to our home. They were slow and unresponsive. I don't think they have enough people working for them.
