Replaced flush valve in bathroom and tightened faucet assembly in kitchen Called at 11:00 am to see if someone could check on running toilet and loose faucet assembly. Appointment was set up between 3:00 pm and 5:00pm the same day. Mike arrived at 3:15, assessed the problem and corrected both. He was very professional and left both areas very clean. Entire process took about 45 minutes. Would recommend Scarborough for plumbing service. Very fair and professional.

reinstalled new dryer that Home Depot had done a poor job of installing. checked faucets in laundry room to verify they were not corroded and installed new faucet in kitchen. super nice young man did the work within an hour. He arrived on time, was professional and left all work areas clean. He didn't try to sell me additional services or find other work to do. I will definitely use this company again.
Plumbing for a bathroom remodel and later installation of toilet in a 2nd bathroom. |Excellent professional work. Took real care in our home while completing job. Work was neat and careful. Worked steadily and completed work on schedule. All workers were courteous and helpful throughout with a thorough explanation of work being done. Confident that the owner had a close supervision of his employees work even for those times when he was not on site.
Scarborough installed two water heaters they provided. My ratings are all A except for the price, which was C (not cheap), but their price was similar to other plumbers I contacted (they all seem high to me).
He erpaired a leaky sink and advised us on the most economical way to repair our shower. He also replaced our shower fixtures as well. He was very punctual and pleasant and worked in cooperation with the electrician that was there. Thanks!
