Fixed and replaced a dripping bathroom faucet. My husband tried to fix it himself but ended up stripping a part and couldn't take it out. They came and introduced themselves and were quite professional. They assessed the situation and told me which parts were missing. When the parts arrived, I called and they fixed it without any problem and I ended up having a credit to use for the future!

Mr. Scarborough did a lot for me including replacing my old leaking water heater and broken sink faucet. he did not charge me for the time needed to get a another part at H.D I thought his price was fair and his service was excellent.

Scarborough Plumbing LLC installed a new faucet. Everything went fine. The work was perfect. They got the job done quickly, they cleaned up after themselves, and the faucet works like it's supposed to. They treated me fine. They were out right away.

I originally called because my hot water heater was not working. Scarborough Plumbing diagnosed the problem, found a temporary fix and ordered the part - which would be in 5 days later. While waiting for the part, one of their employees continued to research the problem with the manufacturer of the water heater. To permanently repair it, they would have to uninstall the unit to access a door on the bottom of the unit. With it already being 7-10 years old, I decided to replace the water heater.
