"Excellent service department" Had to have my car towed in due to a coolant leak. It was diagnosed to be a crack in a small plastic part related to the heater. The only part available was in Charlotte, so it was overnighted to Schumacher. Fixed the problem. Three weeks later, another coolant leak and tow. It was diagnosed as the part that was just replaced.
