Richard Schumacher brought his family to the Palm Beaches after a highly successful career as a Ford dealer in the Chicago area. He immediately embraced the community and began a philosophy of service to customers that would carry on for generations. It was not long after opening Schumacher Buick GMC of West Palm Beach, that Richard and his team became the number one Buick dealer in the State of Florida.

"Excellence" Eric Doering was an attentive and knowledgeable salesman without being pushy. He spent all the time I needed with me to learn about my new car features. The showroom was attractive and restrooms clean
"The process of buying a new car." From the first hello we felt that we were the only people around. From showing us the autos we were interested in explaining everything in understandable terms. The sales team was fantastic. These guys no their businesses.
"bought new Buick" My wife and I worked with Dan Shaughnessy. Dan gave us exceptional service and went above the call of duty. I have become recently disabled and the thought and care of the service given was beyond reproach
"Yukon fixed on time and given rental car. " Very good, friendly staff. Explained problem we had with transmission so we could understand what was required. Service manager took care of us. Car was cleaned and washed.
"2014 buick encore" i went in for a oil change and tire rotation.bob jenkins was exceptional.my car was serviced on time and was delivered on time.
"CAR REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE" My rotors had to be cut. Originally they were put on 8 months ago by you so they were covered under your 12 month warranty. Spoke to Bob Zjenkins to make an appointment and told I was due for a transmission flush. When I arrived the next day Bob told me I had another 9k before flush was needed. He saved me the $180+. He could have said nothing and taken my money. Needless to say Bob has always taken care of me these last 10 years. Thanks Bob
