Richard Schumacher brought his family to the Palm Beaches after a highly successful career as a Ford dealer in the Chicago area. He immediately embraced the community and began a philosophy of service to customers that would carry on for generations. It was not long after opening Schumacher Buick GMC of West Palm Beach, that Richard and his team became the number one Buick dealer in the State of Florida.

"Excellent service department" Had to have my car towed in due to a coolant leak. It was diagnosed to be a crack in a small plastic part related to the heater. The only part available was in Charlotte, so it was overnighted to Schumacher. Fixed the problem. Three weeks later, another coolant leak and tow. It was diagnosed as the part that was just replaced. "Excellent and very professional" I entered the showroom while I waited for my car to be serviced with the mind-set that I may be interested in a new car at this time. "our exoerience" our experience with this lease was complicated by the fact that Buick no longer offered a 2018 Verano. We were extremely satisfied and pleased with this auto and would have had no problem in renewing a lease with a new Verano. The 2018 Encore while a very nice auto had some drwbacks such that my wife could not reach the hatchback door.to close it. "Trip to the East Coast worth it" After finding the GMC Denali that we liked in Naples, unfortunately it was sold while we were out of town. We took a ride from Naples to West Palm and checked out a Denali that we had on hold at this dealership. Although our trade was worth less than we thought (big surprise there, right?), the dealer came up with a clever way to get the price we wanted AND we got every possible discount imaginable. The truck was prepped and ready when we arrived and the whole transaction went smoothly.
"Awesome " Sales rep came out right away and asked if I needed anything. He took the time to show me some acadias even though he new I was not going to buy one right then. Spent a couple of hours with me. I returned the next day to purchase and everyone was very helpful in the process. They even told me about incentives I didn’t know about. Awesome experience!!!!!
