"Air bag recall" My service advisor was Mr. Jenkins I have dealt with him several times. He is always polite and makes concerted efforts to keep me aware of the status of my vehicle.
"Joe Murphy Rocks!!" We returned to Schumacher after our 39 month Buick lease expired due to the professionalism and caring help of our salesman Joe Murphy. He makes buying/leasing a vehicle as painless as possible. Will definitely return when this lease is up for his assistance.
"Great Service" My brakes went out on my Saturn plus my check engine light was on. Bob at Schumacher got all my problems resolved. I had just bought an extended service policy and Bob worked with them to get my repairs covered as well as getting a rental car for me. Everything was arranged and I didn't have to do a thing.
"Great service every time" Great service every time. Nestor always fits me into the schedule because I am very busy. He also rectifies previous mistakes and helps get the best price.
"Excellent and professional" I buy my cars at this dealership because of Nestor in service. He is punctual, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. My car fixed right and on time. I do not return for the same repair. Great job!
"Service " The service department was great in addressing the issues with my vehicle. Battery died and they got my in to check it out and added a oil change while it was there.
"I had an oil change" Bob was exceptional and had me in and out in less than 45" I had enough on my pin card so I did't pay anything.
"Service in this location is good" The service provide in the Okeechobee location is good. I started going here because of several terrible experiences with the one in North Lake. The advisor called Patrick was the worst person ever to put in that position. Nestor on the other hand is very polite and helpful and never had an issue with any of the advisors there.
"Excellent Service" Thanks to Bob Jenkins. He is excellent and all service performed well. Over the years, Bob has been very efficient and has always been very attentive with our Buick's service.
